If you are a vendor To be added to our vendor list, please email the Procurement Department with your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone numbers, fax number (optional), email address (optional), and a list of the products and/or services you provide to b.petersen@bedfordcountyva.gov. Please note that, with the exception of the items marked ‘optional’, all the above information is required in order to be added to our list – requests received without the required information will not be considered. Thank you!
Miscellaneous items no longer in use in County Departments are placed in storage until there are enough items to justify an auction. At that time, an advertisement will be placed in local papers and posted online to notify those interested of the date, time, place and content of the County auction. If you would like to be placed on our email notification list for these auctions, please email us to be added to the distribution list.
